This six week series will focus on using the practices of self-study, movement, breathing, and meditation to help relieve anxiety, manage stress, and improve mood. 🌿

These yoga practices can shed a new light on what we have the ability to control, empowering us with more tools to combat stress. 🌿

Mental health providers frequently refer their clients to yoga programs and a therapeutic approach to yoga plays a unique interdisciplinary role with other treatment modalities. 🌿

Our goal is to provide a safe and compassionate group atmosphere where participants can reflect and experience a deeper mind/body connection.🌿
