change the way you approach life
Let’s use this analogy to explain mindfulness and awareness. Mindfulness helps you carry a cup of hot tea across the room; Awareness notices when it is about to spill.
Mindfulness gives you a different perspective. Rather than rushing along and reacting to life as you meet it, mindfulness helps us find our “pause” button. Our interactions and movements become more intentional. We begin to feel like there is more purpose to our life and we care more about our journey through it.
